Helping to Protect Lake Country

Water Resources

OUR PROGRAMS

Programs of the Clean Water Association are designed to activate and educate Lake Country residents through volunteerism and participation. We provide a wide range of education programs, tours, and "roll up your sleeves" activities...all of which play an important role in watershed protection.

Education

Ag Resource Day

This is an annual workshop and panel discussion for farmers on areas of relevant interest, such as, Farm Succession Planning, Conservation Programs and various conservation cost-share programs.

This event is hosted by Tall Pines Conservancy and Clean Water Assocation at the Ashippun Town Hall in Ashippun.

Healthy Lakes Conference

An annual conference and field tours to raise awareness, engage and educate the residents of Lake Country on the issues, threats and good work being done to save our lakes.

The conference includes presentations on various water quality related subjects. The afternoon offers multiple opportunities to tour conservation at work in farm fields, shorelines, and wetlands.
